No. You can renew Care for ongoing management, or choose Source Buyout to self-host or transfer to another provider.
It includes changing text, phone numbers, emails, links, existing images, contact details, or small content adjustments within an existing section.
It does not include designing new sections, creating new pages, redesigning the entire website, adding new animations or features, extensive copywriting, processing new imagery, or structural overhauls. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before commencement.
No. CARE is an extended hosting, operations, and maintenance service. You can choose alternative hosting arrangements or transfer your site following Namehouse policy.
Yes. You can purchase CARE at any point. Rates and policies at the time of renewal will apply based on current pricing.
No. The website build price includes hosting and SSL during the first year. CARE and CARE+ are ongoing maintenance services starting in year two if you want Namehouse to continue hosting, operating, and supporting your website.
Website Care is provided under a Prepaid term of 1, 2, or 3 years to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure reliability for your website.
Under our Re-entry policy: if service has lapsed, Re-entry is not automatically guaranteed. Namehouse may require a technical review of the website codebase if the system has materially changed outside Namehouse management before care services can be resumed.
